No, it doesn't end tonight.

This is going to be quite a long post. Going to blog about the whole week, which happened to be rather eventful. Yes, so if my life bores you, read on.

Can't really recall what happened on Monday and Tuesday, so i'll just skip those two days. Wednesday, after school met the track people in the canteen, then headed to the national stadium for the track finals. Met lots of ex-SJI people there, had like a mini-reunion kinda thing. Saw some teachers as well but didn't really talk to them. Even saw jill there too. Heh... So we watched e races and stuff then the weather started pmsing. Damn irritating. In the end i was quite drenched but still watched all the races EXCEPT for the one which cliffton ran. Like what the hell? Perfect timing. Ugh... Anyways heard SJI cheering and all, haha quite sucky. I mean like, when i was still there we were louder. Not that I made much of a difference, but still, heh... Felt a little weird too, not cheering for anyone at a track finals. Heh oh well.

Managed to sleep in on Thursday morning because we didn't have to go to school. Was service learning day. Woke up at about eleven plus, ate a little then left for ADMIRALTY mrt station. Which is like at the other end of the world for me. So yea i managed to calculate and adjust my time so precisely that i reached the meeting point at exactly 1.50pm according to my handphone. BUT, that CT of mine insisted that i was TWO MINUTES late, and that i was the LAST to arrive. Whatever yea? Can't really be bothered. Anyways, we walked over to the student care centre place. When we got there i was like having mixed feelings about it all. Like, kids are fun and all but i wasn't really in the mood to be so charitable and friendly. Heh...

Started off a bit awkwardly. The kids seemed really enthusiastic about it all, CK too, but most of us weren't. Anyways we went to play the first few games with them. They were all really sporting, probably because they were just like primary school kids, didn't really know anything about feeling embarassed? Heh... Played another game which involved moving around, then some kids were like climbing all over us, quite funny, heh. The kids were really really friendly. Like, a bunch of weird strangers suddenly coming to their care centre and playing with them, and they just play and have fun with you. Its hard to explain what its like but yea, its a nice feeling. After the few games we went to play captain's ball. Got a little rough at times but all in all it was good fun. The kids, well most of them, seemed to have enjoyed themselves. Even the class people were enjoying themselves. Heh... After the outdoor games, we went back to the centre for the kids tea break, then there was the balloon folding/twisting/whatever. The kids were surprisingly brave while doing all that folding stuff. Heh... Turned out rather well. Dogs, swords and what else. Soon it was time to leave, and yea, i did have fun in the end. If i stayed nearer to that place, i seriously wouldn't mind going there almost everyday. Heh... Kids can really make you feel loved. Not a lot of people have that ability. (:

On Friday during break, zhikai and i found out that we had to go for some anti-terrorism defence forum shit thing on the next morning. Had absolutely no idea what the hell it was or why the hell our names were down there. Anyways, our lessons ended at 2.10pm, which meant that we didn't have to go for chem prac (thank goodness), but we had to face mdm. hoh for like two and a half hours for the service learning reflections and the board thing. At the start of that "session", zhikai and i started fighting with her about the defence talk thing. Got so freaking pissed off at her beacuse she kept on insisting that she wasn't in the wrong. We and manu went to find the teacher in charge and managed to squeeze our way out of the damn forum. Then went back to the classroom to finish up the board and stuff. Took really long but finally got it done. Then went down to the cafe and watched the inter-house soccer finals. After watching went for the first soccer training/trials/selections/whatever. Made it pass the "first round" of elimination, so i'm quite pleased. But i still have to improve on my fitness for sure. Was like panting and shit throughout the match. Roland lee asked me if i was willing to commit myself to soccer. I guess the only thing stopping me is the reluctancy from my mum. Don't know if she's very supportive of me training four times a week and all. Oh well...

Had to wake up early on Saturday morning to go to school for the SA music awards. Honestly i think we played like shit. But i'm used to screwing up auditions, so it was no big deal to me. Didn't really give a shit at the end of it. Heh... After that went to watch a bit of the inter-house rugby before getting a ride home from my mum. Had something to eat for lunch, then went back to school for the soccer friendly. I seriously think i played damn badly during that match, even though roland lee said otherwise. Reverse psychology or whatever, i know that i could've done better. After the match i took a quick, cold, SHIOK shower then cabbed down to church for the feastday dinner. By the time i got there the food was almost all gone. So ate bits of whatever was left, talked with people and that's about it. Wasn't a really FUN FUN dinner. Except for the "sneak preview" of the bouncy-ship that we got. Heh...

This morning had to wake up early again to go to church, then for the carnival. Ended up being the first one to get dunked. Heh was quite fun actually. Everybody just kept on coming and paying and trying to dunk people, and lots of people got dunked. Mostly servers and ex-servers, some priests, the sec 2's and 3's too. Think it was a success, but then i stepped on some stupid piece of metal sticking out of the ground and my right sole feels like there's a hole in it. Can't even walk properly, don't know if i should train tomorrow. Anyways, after that glen and i got a ride from lynsey's brother to jacq's place for her farewell thingy. Played taboo there. Heh was quite funny the things some people came up with. Lazed around for a while then left with joe.

My eventful week.
