"rich overnight; damn right.."

Chinese New Year has come and gone but there's still thirteen days worth of it left. Didn't really live up to the hype of it all this year. Wait, what hype? Collecting money wasn't the highlight, but rather the reunion-ing and stuff. Hmm, maybe i'm really growing up. shit. Dressing up was tough; maybe i'm a metro. Or semi? But I sure liked my shirt. The super-belated birthday present from the Big 4. Thanks anyways, hah, still owe them theirs. Ate a lot the past few days, but what's the surprise in that? Food was good this year. All the snacks and tidbits. Shiok. Gambling was rather good too. Eighteen bucks doesn't seem that much, but coming from a few games of 10-cent blackjack and rounds of poker, good stuff. Taking money from the 'younger people' doesn't bother me too much, heh. At least I didn't lose any money. That would have made me quite pissed, heh. Oh well, just a step closer to the target.

Really had no mood to go visiting this year, because I was feeling sleepy and tired just about most of the time. Car rides were spent dozing off or playing handphone golf to keep me awake. Falling asleep in other people's houses is quite embarrassing, but unfortunately unavoidable this time round. Anyways, I noticed somethings about the people I visited. They'd always say/ask the same stuff when we talk.

1) "Wah so tall!"
2) "You JC2 now ah?" / "How's school?"
3) "Come, come, eat more lah..."
4) "So, you got girlfriend or not?" (no, don't have.) [which usually leads to (5)]
5) "Don't bluff la!!"

School tomorrow, total anti-climax. No mood at all to go, don't even know why I am. Still unsure of what i'm going to do after. Why weren't we given the day off like other schools? Damn, life's unfair. Does SA really think everybody's going to turn up tomorrow? I'd like to see half of the school population ponning. Hah... Now that'll be something.

Valentine's Day is coming up again. Haha... Flowers balloons chocolates and candlelit dinners, oh, how romantic. i wish man, i wish. Last year it was spent with some from the CJ orientation group, getting ripped off by some ten-dollar roadside roses. Yes, I bought them the day itself, before we all met. I know i'm good, thanks. ;) This year it's probably going to be spent training, rushing home, eating, then computer-ing. How wonderfully romantic. Oooh...
