Time for an update. Shall start from, hmm... Thursday. During Moral Education king seng, zhi kai, manu and i all got screwed by mdm. hoh for what? For standing up and like moving around. Like what the hell? Then she even said she was going to write the incident into our testimonials. I don't really give a shit anyways, what's there to write? "He stood up and moved around during moral education." Whatever. Went jamming after school with CA minus joel. Went through the whole sequence and rehearsed everything. Felt quite prepared for the gig on Saturday. Confident. Think all of us were quite confident. Well at least that was what i thought. Maybe i was wrong, never was really good at reading people's feelings and emotions. Had dinner at farrer market with the full CA and discussed bits of stuff about the gig then went home.

Friday was rather boring. Supposed to go to the AVA room after school to do some "survey", according to mdm. hoh. In the end this "survey" turned out to be a freaking Maths test. Not one, but TWO freaking papers. I couldn't even totally answer a single one of those questions. It was 40 minutes for each paper, but by the time the majority of the class STARTED on the second paper, i was about to FINISH the second paper. Totally screwed up. Anyways we didn't have to write our names on the paper so its okay. I was like the first to leave the AVA. Anyways, went to KAP and met lynsey, vicky, glen and theodore. Freeloaded some food then justin, lawrence and david all came. Squeezed into the car then headed for lynsey's place. Her house is a freaking mansion i swear. It's damn damn damn huge and nice. Heh... When we got there we played foosball and ping pong then leslie came as well. After a while we played mahjong for some time then started eating. Then went to play cards. Won quite a bit of cash considering we were playing really small. Heh... Got a ride home from vicky after that.

Woke up quite early Saturday morning to go down to cine to "report" for the gig. Met joel at the busstop at like 8.30am. Freaking early, and it was raining! So i had to carry my bag, guitar and a damn tiger beer umbrella. Heh well when i reached the busstop my socks were soaked. Anyways, we got to cine then went to bk to slack for a while. Timo came shortly after. He did his sleeping disorder there, was really really hilarious. Could hardly contain my laughter. Heh... I've got a short video of it if you want to see. Even the staff came up to him and offered him some warm water. Crazy... Anyways after that we walked around and met ben. Helped him carry some stuff then "reported" then we walked over to that building next to cine. Don't even know what its called. Anyways waited for haikal there. Timo went to climb up the stone thingy and posed for a few pictures. The pics are posted in the new album. Haikal came then we took a bus to ann's for a last minute rehearsal with the whole CA. Just one hour, went through the stuff and then headed back to town. Got there on time but then ben told us that they set up the stuff late and some shit crap. The main thing was that we couldn't play for half an hour anymore. Had to cut down to like around 20 minutes. We ended up cutting songs and all, then went to perform. A LOT of friends turned up to watch us. It was really cool. Great feeling inside. Heh... I screwed up a few parts a few times but oh well, first gig. Nervousness showed i guess. Well it was over real quick but i think we weren't TOO bad. Just a bit bad. Yes? Yes.

After the gig i walked around a bit with aaron for a while, then a whole group of us went off to heeren because i needed to get lynsey a present. Walked around for some time then finally found something. So after buying that we walked around for a bit more then headed to paragon to watch the gig going on there. After a while we heard sirens and saw a few firetrucks and stuff driving by the side of paragon. Me and aaron decided to go and kaypoh a bit. We got to the side of paragon but couldn't see anything happening, until christine smsed me saying something about being stuck in paragon because of a fire. So all of us went in but didn't see any fire. Heh so we walked a bit more then got to this "lobby" place where it was like "raining". The sprinklers and all were turned on and it was pouring from the escalators and all. Aaron came up with the brilliant idea to use the umbrellas and pose for pictures under the pouring water. Haha... So joel, hejia, timo, jiale, jessie and i all took turns to hold the umbrella and take photos. By the way the photos are all up too. And some straits times gut took a picture of joel and hejia and now that picture is in the sunday times page 6 bottom right corner. Cool shit... After that we headed to far east to eat, but i left earlier to go back to ann's to return the dist pedal. Then went home to dump my stuff then went to church for the dinner and dance thingy.

Met justin outside church then he was complaining about being the senior citizens there. Heh really felt a little awkward at the start but then kinda mixed around and fitted in i guess? Haha... Well just a bit. Ate quite a bit, played cards, then the dancing started. It was mostly the girls who were dancing at first but then more and more loosened up and joined in. Heh... Justin and i went to break during one of the songs. Haha he's freaking pro la. Then my shoe flew out in the end. Heh stupid... Anyways after that we headed to farrer market for "supper" but everything was closed. Heh so they came over to my place. Lynsey, joyce, justin, shaun, ben and mark. Watched a bit of chris rock, ate some cup noodles, watched tv then shaun, mark, ben and joyce all had to go, leaving justin and lynsey. So the three of us and doug played some daidee and all until those two had to go. Heh well there's more details to all of this really, its just a summary. Heh... No time no mood to add in the other stuff.

Woke up today to go for mass. Went for breakfast with leslie and ian, met glen there too. Ate a bit the headed home. Went for the usual lunch then had a haircut in coronation. Then soccer, then went to christian's place for dinner. Followed them to drop stefan off at the sports school before they sent us home. The school is freaking humongous. Heh anyways, that's about it for today. Usual sunday.

And that's it!

AN EVEN MORE IMPORTANT NOTE:

The whole Sunday gig has been cancelled due to some cocked-up-ness by the LTA or something like that. Yes. So its going to be just a one day concert on Saturday, 2pm, Cineleisure.

Was damn shagged since the start of the day, and i think it definately showed in me. Was quite dodgy during civics, slept during math lectures and chinese tutorial, and was stoned out the rest of the day. Even when it came to playing soccer i was totally off form. Played real shitty and it the end suffered a freaking trashing. Painful, literally. My ass is freaking hurting now because of a stupid slide on the dirt. Can barely sit down properly. Ugh... Anyways, jason came to sa for some scouts thing so sat down and caught up with him for some time before heading to grandparents place for dinner. Yesterday was also a rather ugh day too. Brunch was great though. Then there was soccer, which was good and bad at the same time. Got rather pissed off like twice during the whole duration of the game? Anyways, at least i didn't do anything stupid.

I realised that i haven't played soccer in a very very very long time. Can hardly kick the damn ball now. It surely showed yesterday and today. Quite bad... Disappointed. Oh well...

We always hear "the rules" from the female side. Now here are the rules from the male side. These are our rules! (Please note...these are all numbered "1" ON PURPOSE! DUH!)

The Guys' Rules

1. Learn to work the toilet seat. You're a big girl. If it's up, put it down. We need it up, you need it down. You don't hear us complaining about you leaving it down.
1. Sunday sports. It's like the full moon or the changing of the tides. Let it be.
1. Shopping is NOT a sport. And no, we are never going to think of it that way.
1. Crying is blackmail.
1. Ask for what you want. Let us be clear on this one: Subtle hints do not work! Strong hints do not work! Obvious hints do not work! Just say it!
1. Yes and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.
1. Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it. That's what we do. Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.
1. A headache that lasts for 17 months is a problem. See a doctor.
1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument. In fact, all comments become null and void after 7 days.
1. If you won't dress like the Victoria's Secret girls, don't expect us to act like soap opera guys.
1. If you think you're fat, you probably are. Don't ask us.
1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one.
1. You can either ask us to do something or tell us how you want it done. Not both. If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.
1. Whenever possible, please say whatever you have to say during commercials.
1. Christopher Columbus did not need directions and neither do we.
1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings. Peach, for example, is a fruit, not a color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.
1. If it itches, it will be scratched. We do that.
1. If we ask what is wrong and you say "nothing", we will act like nothing's wrong. We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.
1. If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, expect an answer you don't want to hear.
1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine...Really.
1. Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as baseball, the shotgun formation, or monster trucks.
1. You have enough clothes.
1. You have too many shoes.
1. I am in shape. Round is a shape.
1. Thank you for reading this. Yes, I know, I have to sleep on the couch tonight; but did you know men really don't mind that? It's like camping.

The past few days have been rather interesting. To me that is. I'll blog about it and you can keep your nice, sweet comments to yourself yea? Sweet.

Went for training on Saturday morning. Don't know why but my run up was really screwy. Anyways i sort of "corrected" it by the end of training. After training i went home, took a shower then got a lift to town to meet the Big 4 and kaijin. Some of them came late, as usual, but nevermind. I wasn't as pissed as the other time. Heh... We walked over to cine and got tickets for spiderman 2. Second row from the front was the best we could get. Heh nevermind. So while waiting for the movie we walked back to taka and had lunch in mc's because jason wanted to use his voucher thingy. Ate and talked and caught up with them, was quite nice. Then when we got back to cine we were watching the ending part of Armageddon on one of the shop televisions. Talk about cheap and freeloading. Heh... It ended just in time for us to go into the cinema. The show was quite nice i thought. A little corny at times but it was entertaining nonetheless. Doc Ock is damn cool... After the movie we were outside cine taking pictures with jason's and victor's handphones. Heh it was quite gay but nevermind. Headed home after that.

On Sunday i went to church as usual then breakfast. Was supposed to meet the track people at Toa Payoh MRT station at 12 i think? But some were late so me and francis went there first because our events started at 1pm. Jumped really really lousily. Took me about two times before i got my run up correct during the practise, then my first jump was horrible. Second was better but still sucky, and third and fourth were absolutely horrendous. Nevermind. Got eighth but that's for under 17. Nationals is a totally different story. If i can get eighth for nationals that would be a miracle. Heh...

That evening, went to kim seng to meet glen, lawrence, vicky and nelle for just a bit of pool before dinner at great world. Lynsey joined us there. Got a ride from glen's dad back to his place for a while then to vicky's place. Met justin, nic tan, theodore and david there. Mmm seems like there were more people there than i thought... Nevermind. Anyways we watched pootie tang (again) and played cards and stuff before the match started. Tried making meatballs but the sauce went terribly wrong. Guess i'm just not cut out to be a cook. Anyways by the time the match was underway, EVERYBODY except justin and i were sleeping. Like wth? Haha anyways i enjoyed the match. My prediction was correct. I was fueled by "jelly bears" that night. Yes, jelly bears. Haha...

By the time the match was over and i tried to help clear up stuff it was about 5am? Slept on a couple of cushions until about 7.30am when i was woken by lots of noise. Heh... But i kept my eyes closed and tried to sleep on until about 9am. Woke up and had breakfast and played a bit of cards until all of them left. Heh i was so stoned that i took damn long to realise i was the only "outsider" left at the house. Haha anyways i was playing with her siblings while she was don't-know-where. They're really really damn cute and fun to play with. I miss my childhood days when i was doing stuff like jumping on the bed and throwing the ball around the house. I don't know why but i felt quite "good" then. Don't worry i'm not a paedophile or whatever. Then just as i was about to leave, one of them was like "are you coming back another day?" or something like that. That touched me.

Today had Physics SPA. It went quite well. Slept quite a bit during the math lectures then again before Chinese oral. The orals were damn sucky. I read very very badly and conversed even worsely. Don't know how i'm going to pass. Anyways its over, and all my exams are over. For now at least. Now is the worse part of getting the results back. Ugh sucks man... I just can't wait.

More or less finished with mid-years, common tests or whatever you call it. Just got Physics SPA and CHINESE ORAL on tuesday. Needless to say the orals are going to be a total screw up. I can't speak chinese for nuts. Those of you who've heard me TRY to speak in chinese would know. Anyways, haven't (properly) blogged in a really really long time, so here goes.

Before this week i was actually hoping to get grades like ABCC or something around there for my exams, but now after the four main papers, i'll be lucky to even get CCDD. C Maths was quite tough, F Maths i lost about 45% of the marks, Chemistry's section A was bad and the whole Physics paper was bad as well. Don't know if SA is trying some shock therapy shit like scaring you into studying hard or what, but i think it's probably going to work on me if i end up failing the mid-years.

Had chinese listening and paper 2 today. Listening was surprisingly not so bad. Paper 2 was bad. No surprise there. Left the whole first section blank, ten marks gone. Then probably get most of everything else wrong too. Before the paper i freaked out thinking i was going to get zero. Yes, ZERO upon a hundred for the paper. Scary shit. Don't know how i'm going to get through the A's at the end of the year. Just hope there's some birthday luck while i'm taking that paper. Tsk. Sure sure. Just aiming for a D7 so that i can drop it and never think about chinese again. At least for the next whole year.

Nationals are coming up in like two weeks. Don't think i'm that well prepared at all. Never thought i'd actually be competing. Then this sunday there's the swift meet. Just hope i don't embarass myself there. Heh... Though it would be quite funny. 5.6m seems like impossible sometimes, and other times i think i can jump 6m+++. Don't know what's going on in my head. It's full of shit.

Don't think i've been thinking straight recently. (See, what the hell did i jus type?) Okay, shall stop here before i crap too much.
